A. Shipping costs and information:


On this page, you’ll find basic information about the different shipping services we offer by country, along with the conditions for free shipping.

By default, the goods can only be shipped to the address provided by the customer.


I. Shipping within Germany:

Germany as well as German islands have free shipping on all orders.

II. Shipping within the EU

We deliver to the following countries:

Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy,
Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Poland,
Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary.

Deliveries within the EU are free of charge.

III. Shipping outside the EU

We deliver to the following countries:

Switzerland, Norway, UK, USA, Canada, UAE, Qatar & Saudi Arabia.

Deliveries are free of charge for orders containing at least one 100ml perfume (except USA & Canada). Individual samples and our discovery set may have a shipping fee disclosed at checkout.

All orders are shipped DAP (Delivered At Place): import clearance, customs duties, and VAT are the responsibility of the buyer.

Orders to Norway are shipped VAT-free from Germany; Norwegian VAT (25%) might be charged on delivery.
For orders to the UK, we charge prices without German VAT. UK import VAT (20%) and a customs clearance fee may be collected by the carrier on delivery.
